• Nel de Mûelenaere received €279,000 for her junior project exploring the role of American domestic scientists in the post–WWI reconstruction of Belgium and France.
• Jolien Gijbels and former SHOC researcher Margot Luyckfasseel (now at the University of Antwerp) were awarded €607,000 for their junior project on midwives in Belgium and Congo between 1908 and 1960.
• Among the senior projects, Bart Lambert and his KU Leuven colleague Jelle Haemers obtained €469,000 for their work on migrant sex workers in late medieval Europe.
